Applications to the Doctoral, Masters, Certificate, and Nondegree programs offered by SCS can be downloaded from our website using the links provided below. The documents are in Adobe PDF format. To obtain the free Adobe Acrobat reader, Click Here.

For Nondegree applications, the following materials are required:

SCS Nondegree application
$50.00 non-refundable application fee (make checks payable to George Mason University)
Official or unofficial transcripts
Resume (optional)

If Nondegree admission is approved, a letter of admission will be sent to you. Admitted students may use the telephone registration system by calling 993-4GMU (993-4468) to register for classes during their assigned registration timeframe.

Admission to Nondegree status does not guarantee admission to the Certificate, Doctoral, or Masters Programs at a later date. Students who do not register for the term for which they are accepted may have their enrollment postponed for one semester upon written request to the SCS Graduate Admissions Processing Center.
