Costs

 

Tuition

A full-time doctoral student without a research or teaching assistantship takes at least 9 credit hours per semester. Full-time doctoral students with research or teaching assistiantships take at least 6 credit hours per semester.

For the Ph.D. and Certificate programs, out-of-state tuition is $510.00 per credit hour and in-state tuition is $179.00 per credit hour.

Books and supplies for the Ph.D. and Certificate programs range from $300 to $900 per year.

For the M.N.P.S. (M.S.) programs, out-of-state tuition is $700.00 per credit hour and in-state tuition is $600.00 per credit hour. This tuition rate covers most books and materials.

Housing

Approximately 3,000 students live on campus in six residential areas.
Most graduate students prefer off-campus housing.

Estimated costs/year are: room $3,200-5,000 board $1,500-2,000
