Description:

This module contains the grid manipulation functions. that are associated with the GRID_TYPES module

The primary routines are

MAKE_NEWS_GRID and MAKE_VECTOR_GRID to create grids (there are destructors as well) and DECOMPOSE to lay out the domain decomposition.

NEWS_GRID inquiry functions ( bounds, interior size, non-empty PE list, etc.)
