- Crystal structure and binding in solids
- Elastic properties of solids
- Phonons, thermal properties of solids
- Electronic structure of solids, free electrons, energy bands
- Semiconductors: electronis and lattice defects, p-n junstions
- Electric conductivity of metals.
- Dielectric properties of solids
- Magnetic properties of solids
- Lattice defects in solids: point defects, dislocations, interfaces.
Grades:
